CARE & LONGEVITY
PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY
Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush are enough for most pieces. Dry with a lint-free cloth and avoid household cleaners, which can dull both metal and stones.
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including clasps, settings and plating applied in our workshop. Normal wear, accidental damage and loss are not covered.
Most rings can be resized by up to two sizes, and the first resize within six months of purchase is complimentary. Eternity bands and tension settings cannot be resized without remaking the piece.
We recommend taking pieces off first. Chlorine and salt water attack alloys and loosen adhesives over time, and soap builds a film that dulls both polish and stones.
Plating is a surface layer and will thin with daily contact, most visibly on rings and bracelets. We re-plate any piece bought from us at a reduced workshop rate for as long as you own it.
Store each piece separately in the pouch it arrived in, away from heat and direct sunlight. Chains keep best laid flat or hung rather than coiled, which is what sets in a kink.
Yes — bring or send any piece to the boutique for ultrasonic cleaning, polishing and a setting check. The service is free once a year for pieces bought from us.
Stop wearing the piece and contact us the same week. A stone that moves in its setting will be lost, and re-tightening is a short workshop job while re-cutting a replacement is not.
Silver reacts with sulphur in air, cosmetics and perfume — the darkening is tarnish, not damage. A silver polishing cloth restores it in minutes, and wearing the piece often actually slows it down.
We quote before any work begins, and the estimate is free. Common jobs such as a new clasp, a rhodium refresh or a re-strung pearl strand are fixed-price and take five to ten working days.
Engraving carried out by our workshop is covered exactly as the rest of the piece is. Engraving done elsewhere voids the warranty on the engraved component only.
Every piece ships with a signed certificate stating metal, purity and stone specification. Diamonds above 0.30 ct additionally carry an independent laboratory report.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Standard shipping is complimentary and takes three to five business days. Express delivery is offered at checkout for next-day arrival on orders placed before 14:00.
Standard insured shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Express and Saturday delivery are charged at the rate shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship to the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are payable on delivery and are not included in the price shown.
A tracking link is emailed the moment the parcel leaves our workshop, and the same link sits on the order in your account. Live status appears within a few hours of dispatch.
Yes — every parcel is insured and requires a signature, so it cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. You can redirect to a pickup point from the tracking page.
You have thirty days from delivery to return anything unworn and in its original packaging. Engraved and made-to-order pieces are excluded, as they cannot be resold.
Returns from within the EU are free — print the prepaid label from your account and hand the parcel in. Outside the EU the return carriage is at your cost.
Yes, for a different size or a different piece of equal or higher value. Start the exchange from the order in your account and we reserve the replacement while your parcel travels.
Refunds are issued within three business days of the return reaching our workshop, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
Photograph the parcel and the piece before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. Every shipment is fully insured, and we replace or repair at our cost.
Yes. The gift receipt in the box carries a code that opens a return without showing the price, and the refund goes to the recipient as a store credit.
Each piece travels in its own pouch inside a lined presentation box, sealed in an unbranded outer carton for discretion. Gift wrapping and a handwritten card can be added at checkout.
BEFORE YOU BUY
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus bank transfer for orders above €5,000. All card payments are 3-D Secure.
Orders between €300 and €10,000 can be split into three or twelve monthly payments at checkout. The three-month plan is interest-free.
Sizes, engraving and the delivery address can be changed until the order enters the workshop, usually within a few hours. After that we can only cancel and reorder.
Cancel from the order in your account while it is still marked Processing, and the authorisation is released the same day. Once dispatched, treat it as a return.
Processing means payment is confirmed and the piece is being prepared, In Workshop means it is being made or engraved, and Shipped means it is with the carrier.
The invoice is attached to the confirmation email and downloadable from the order in your account at any time. It is frozen at the moment of sale and never changes.
All prices include Austrian VAT. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can have it deducted at checkout, and shipments outside the EU are invoiced net.
Yes — choose gift wrapping at checkout and add a message printed on our card. The invoice is then emailed to you instead of travelling in the box.
Made-to-order pieces are finished in ten to fifteen working days, and the estimate is confirmed by email once your size is registered. Delivery time is added on top.
We do, starting with a consultation at the boutique or by video. Expect six to eight weeks from approved design to finished piece, with a deposit at the design stage.
